为促进ITER组织与各成员方之间的交流与合作，ITER组织面向各成员方以借调方式招聘ITER项目合伙人(ITER Project Associates，简称IPA)。http://m.sdsgwy.com/
IPA人员所在的单位需先与ITER组织签署合作协议。IPA人员的人事关系仍在原单位，以借调方式选派至ITER组织工作，工作期限一般不超过4年。ITER组织会根据候选人实际情况提供相应的补贴和福利待遇，并协助IPA人员办理在法国工作和居住的手续。
申请 ITER组织IPA职位的流程如下：
1. 申请人在ITER组织官网(http://www.iter.org/jobs/IPA)查阅IPA职位有关信息，下载并填写表格Home Institute Proposal Submission
2. 申请人所在单位向中国国际核聚变能源计划执行中心提交单位推荐信(加盖单位公章)及申请人所填写的全套表格。
3. 中国国际核聚变能源计划执行中心统一向ITER组织提交中方IPA申请材料。http://m.sdsgwy.com/
